Who runs this site

House Extension (houseextension.ie) is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. Contact: privacy@houseextension.ie.

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local company that covers your area. They price the job and do the work, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction.

What we collect

When you send the planner: your answers (type of extension, finish, size, extras, county and when you'd like to start), our estimate, your first name, your mobile number and, if you give it, your email address. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

To pass your plan and your answers to one vetted builder who covers your county, so they can contact you about a price. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one vetted builder who covers your county, and no one else. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@houseextension.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
